BILINGUAL COMMUNITY NAVIGATION
Bilingual Community Navigation is a Social Prescribing Service in Brighton and Hove that links you to community services, organisations and groups to help you resolve social issues and improve your health and wellbeing.
The service is confidential and provided by fully trained Bilingual Community Navigators who work closely with our team of Volunteer Linguists and Community Interpreters.
BILINGUAL TELEPHONE BEFRIENDING
A phone call with a friend can help to relieve isolation and other social stresses. We can match you with a volunteer Telephone Befriender who speaks the same language as you. You can have regular phone calls with them to chat, create a new social connection, and take your mind off everyday problems.
