We are very proud to publish our 2024-2025 Annual Review
In the latest 16 page review we share the news that, this year, we were awarded 17 areas of Compliance Plus by the Customer Service Excellence Assessor.
This is an outstanding achievement, placing us in the highest 5% of assessed organisations and this makes SIS the number one Community Voluntary Sector organisation nationally! You can read more about our success on pages 5 and 7.
We take great care to present accessible and reliable data that can be accurately compared over many years.

Over the past two years, Sussex Interpreting Services (SIS) has launched a series of Community Interpreter events across Sussex, designed to strengthen ties with local communities, raise awareness of interpreting services, and offer clear guidance on how to enrol with SIS as a Community Interpreter. You can read more about these valuable events on page 10.
SIS Projects Team delivers a wide variety of additional services to provide holistic, joined up support to our Service Users. You can read about the future plans on pages 12 and 13.
