Sussex Interpreting Services provides high quality, professional Community Linguistic Services (Interpreting,Translation, Social Prescribing,Advocacy and Research) with exceptional customer service, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (as appropriate).
We work with 175 trained and accredited, locally‐based self-employed sessional linguists in 52 different languages who have regular peer support sessions and service briefings.
SIS works with 500+ public service / community sector departments across Sussex delivering social care and health equality for vulnerable Service Users.
SIS uniquely offers a self‐referral service for service users to request services directly by phone, on-line or in person.
