For the 7th year we have again secured the prestigious Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Quality Mark.
For the first time we secured Compliance Plus in 3 areas:
- We use customer insight to inform policy and strategy and to prioritise service improvement activity.
- We empower and encourage all employees to actively promote and participate in the customer focused culture of our organisation.
- We interact within wider communities and we can demonstrate the ways in which we support those communities.
The Assessor commented:
“…Insight is influencing a fairer Allocations Policy for linguists…All staff interviewed confirmed high levels of personal empowerment… The IT Manager also confirmed a high degree of autonomy in the re-design of the web site…Partnership arrangements are fantastic and SIS acts as a real influence locally”.
